Justin Kerr is Chief Executive Officer of ONDEX Automation, focused on driving strategic growth and operational excellence in pursuit of creating a leading system integration platform. Before assuming the CEO role, Justin held various management roles within Molex, a global electronic components manufacturer, including head of strategy, as well as VP & GM of its Industrial and Consumer/Mobile business units. Prior to Molex, Justin was a management consultant for Monitor Deloitte, advising industrial clients on growth and profitability improvement opportunities. Earlier in his career, Justin was a public markets investor focused on small- and micro-cap equities and an investment banker, advising on industrials M&A. Justin holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Michigan.
