Kayla Brackett is Vice President, Strategic Initiatives of ONDEX Automation, focused on supporting financial planning and analysis, implementing tools and programs that will drive efficiency across the business, and assisting in the integration of new business partners. Prior to joining ONDEX, Kayla held various roles in private equity and investment banking at CIVC Partners and Citi respectively, where she invested in and advised industrials and business services firms. Kayla holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Northwestern University.
