Ron brings a wealth of expertise and more than 35 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing and automation industry. Starting his career as a controls engineer, he quickly became known for designing innovative solutions that enhanced productivity and efficiency in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemical, paper, plastics, and discrete manufacturing. Fueled by his passion for supporting American manufacturing, Ron founded Automation & Control, Inc. (ACI) in 1995.

What began as a two-person operation has flourished under Ron’s leadership into a thriving company of more than 30 employees. Today, ACI is renowned for its comprehensive suite of services, including automation engineering, UL panel fabrication, and industrial electrical installation for clients nationwide. Ron’s vision and commitment to excellence have earned ACI a reputation for delivering state-of-the-art, turnkey solutions tailored to complex challenges across diverse industries.

When he’s not driving innovation at ACI, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, and their family, including two grandchildren. Together, they relish traveling, exploring food and wine, and soaking up the serenity of the beach.
